It’s again summer and again we spend whole days and nights planning our travel destinations and vacations. The primary “summer place” that comes to the mind of each of you (including me) is somewhere near the sea. And that’s great, let’s go! But hold on, we forgot to think about our sunscreens. As you already guess now I’ll talk about the dangers of sun exposure. Take your time and read this if you are really interested in best skin care for summer. After that we’ll together pack our things and leave for the most beautiful beach resorts. 
Last year sunscreen was the worst thing I could ever do to my skin. My sunscreen, that I believed to be one of the best ones, caused sunburn that made me suffer for more than a month. Don’t want to remember those days. Let’s better concentrate on certain facts and advice that will help you avoid sun damages and enhance your best skin care.
Whenever you ask the sales person about how good a particular sunscreen is he will continuously praise it and talk about its unique advantages that include protecting the skin from sunburn, wrinkles and age spots. This will make you think you have found one of best beauty care products. Listen to my advice — never ever trust what they say (don’t make my mistake).
Not all sunscreens have those good points. What most sunscreens do is they protect your skin from UVB rays. But what about the UVA rays? They go deeper into the skin. Most of the sunscreens don’t protect against the UVA rays, so this can lead to premature skin aging and sunburn. Note that not protecting from sun exposure can lead to skin cancer too.
Look for sunscreens that are labeled as both “Broad Spectrum” and “SPF 15” or higher (Sun Protection Factor). These sunscreens reduce the risk of both skin cancer and skin aging. Use these sunscreens in line with other sun protection measures and beauty care products to prevent sunburn. And note that SPF refers to protection from UVB rays and not UVA.
I’ve read really too many articles that say a base tan helps to protect skin from the sun. This is nothing more than a myth. We should keep in mind there is no such a thing as a safe tan, since every type of exposure to the sun, especially tanning, causes damages to your skin that can straightly lead to skin cancer and early skin aging.
A very good way to protect ourselves from the sun is makeup. How? Who could ever think that best skin care for summer would include applying certain beauty care products? Compressed powders include pigmented particles that will protect you from the sun. There are also certain moisturizers (Ultra Facial Moisturizer SPF 15), eye creams (Essential-C Eye Cream SPF 15) and lipsticks (Rouge Volupte, Sun Sheer Lipstick SPF 15) that have SPF 15 or higher ratings.
As for the lipstick consider my makeup tips — don’t apply shiny and high-gloss lipsticks, because they attract UV rays to the lips. But if you want the wet look on your sexy lips, at least do the following — apply a colored lipstick and only after that — the gloss. One of the easiest makeup tips, isn’t it? So do your best to follow it.
Sun exposure can be really very dangerous. But what you read here isn’t all. You’ll have to spend another five minutes reading about sun dangers and risks. So keep up with my next post.

Liposuction — This is a cosmetic skin surgery to what I’m absolutely against. Even without visiting the dermatologist I knew that liposuction is the last thing I’d go for. Why? Because liposuction can worsen the cellulite, as the fat that causes it is “located” very close to the surface of the skin. Today there is laser-assisted liposuction, which is thought to completely remove the fat, but I think there is great risk in it.
Body wraps — This is the treatment I went through. I have to admit that somehow it felt good being wrapped in warm and slenderizing bandages. It tightened my skin, but again temporarily. And I decided to go for this treatment from time to time, especially at the beginning of summer.

Best skin care for summer only seems to be an easy task. I guess you already got convinced in that in my previous post. You have to do your best to bring your skin beauty tips and health tips into full harmony if you are for best skin care. Now I’ll go on and talk about some other important things you should know.
I am a person who doesn’t think that best skin care supposes following all skin beauty tips and applying all beauty care products (no matter good or bad), And sunscreens are not an exception. So I thought a good alternative to the sunscreens would be a large beach umbrella. However, I was mistaken. All that those large umbrellas do is that they provide a good shade and nothing else and perhaps very little protection from UV rays.
When I was a school-girl my parents used to advise me to always wear dark colors in summer, particularly under the sun. As they said, dark colors protect from the sun better than light colors. I was a person who did her best to stand out with her unique style and bright colored clothes. And I always returned home with a burned face and skin. They were absolutely right, because the UV rays easily pass through light-colored fabrics. So in reality the safest summer colors are dark blue and black. Orange and red are a good option too.
